I bought groceries today for the first time in a very long time and I actually cooked dinner. It was a very simple meal:
1) tomato fried egg (translated from chinese)
2) snap peas
3) quinoa
I've never cooked quinoa before but it was surprisingly very easy. I don't think Asians eat quinoa - but it was my replacement for rice. I'm trying to be healthy here. I actually like the taste of quinoa, although it looks somewhat like golden pubic hair. I guess no one wants to try it now.
